The European Commission has opened the Innovation Fund 2024 Call (IF24 Call). With a total budget of 2.4 billion€, the IF24 Call supports projects that have a significant potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in various sectors including cleantech manufacturing, renewables and energy-intensive industries.

The Net-Zero Technologies Call covers general decarbonisation topics (small, medium and large scale), pilot projects and clean manufacturing technologies. Proposals will be assessed based on their potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, degree of innovation, project maturity, replicability, and cost efficiency. Single entities can apply. The deadline is 24 April 2025.
